M\u00eame son nom provient de l\u2019occitan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tastavin<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ces hommes de la terre qui avaient en charge les vins et la cave personnelle du seigneur local. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jos\u00e9 grandit donc dans les vignes et la question ne se pose m\u00eame pas : il sera vigneron. Oenologue dipl\u00f4m\u00e9, il est recrut\u00e9 en 1987 chez Andrieu-Fulcrand o\u00f9 il travaille pendant 5 ans. C\u2019est alors qu\u2019il fait la connaissance de Pierre Degroote. En 1992, ce dernier cr\u00e9e avec Bernard Montariol les <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Domaines Virginie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et embarque Jos\u00e9 dans l\u2019aventure. C\u2019est cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e qu\u2019ils recrutent un certain\u2026 Jo\u00ebl Baconin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 10 ans, les Domaines Virginie passent de 5 \u00e0 100 salari\u00e9s et sont rachet\u00e9s par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Castel. Jos\u00e9 Tastavy aspire alors \u00e0 retrouver le chemin des vins faits sur mesure, dans une structure \u00e0 taille humaine. Il cr\u00e9e alors les Domaines des Marins en 1997 et r\u00e9alise la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 1,5 M\u20ac. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2000, il demande \u00e0 son ami Jo\u00ebl Baconin de le rejoindre. D\u2019abord \u00a0en tant que salari\u00e9, puis en tant qu\u2019associ\u00e9. L\u2019activit\u00e9 grandit, l\u2019expertise s\u2019affirme et la client\u00e8le s\u2019\u00e9toffe.
